Sadly the time has come to leave First Steps, however we couldn’t leave without putting in writing how fantastic you and all your staff have been in the past 18 months or so that Grace has been coming to you. Nothing has ever felt like it has been too much trouble. Even when we were making initial enquires about which Nursery to put her in, our instinct about First Steps felt very positive and we have been proved 100% right in choosing to put Grace in the care of First Steps. The change in Grace has been phenomenal – her speech, langugae, understanding and in particular her confidence has expanded hugely. Your staff are an absolute credit to you, if we could pick you up and move you with us!

To All at First Steps – We just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to every person involved in helping us bring Beau up and turn him into the amazing ‘cheeky’ ladies man that he is! You have taught him so much and enabled him to have the confidence to be independent and sociable. You have also made us feel so welcome and part of your huge family. We could not have hoped for the better care for Beau. At times Beau has dragged us to nursery just to prove it’s closed, he loves coming that much! Thank you all for everything, we will miss you so much, all our love x
